1.Who we are
Manzel is an app for running apartment buildings. This policy explains what information Manzel handles, why, and what control you have over it.
2.What we collect
Your name and phone number, the building and flat you belong to and your role there, and the building’s records — bills, payments, receipts, notices, repair requests, visitor passes and messages in the building chat or with Manzel support. We do not collect ID numbers, dates of birth, photographs of people, family lists or your location.
3.Why we use it
Only to run your building: to send bills, record payments, issue receipts, deliver notices and messages, and let the right people in at the gate. We do not sell your information, show you advertising, or use it to profile you.
4.Who can see it
Your building’s manager and accountant can see the records of their own building. Residents see their own flat. Guards see visitor passes. The Manzel team can access records only to provide support and run the service.
5.How long we keep it
For as long as you are part of the building and the building uses Manzel. The gate log is deleted after 30 days. Sign-in codes are deleted within an hour of expiring.
6.On your phone
Manzel keeps a copy of your building’s records on your phone so it works offline. That copy is encrypted, and signing out erases it.
7.This website
This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It remembers only your chosen language and theme, on your own device.
8.Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some records, such as receipts for payments already made, may need to be kept so the building’s accounts remain correct.
