Does every resident pay Manzel separately?
No. The fee is for the building. Manzel shows each flat its share so it is clear and fair, but the building pays one amount.
Is anything extra?
No. Every feature is included, and there is no charge per person, per message or per receipt.
What happens if the fee is late?
The app shows the days remaining well in advance. If a fee goes unpaid past its due date, the building is paused until it is settled — and it opens again the moment the payment is recorded.
